Triangle Auto Recyclers - Used Auto Parts Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Triangle Auto Recyclers. We strive to provide high-quality, tested used parts. Please review our return guidelines below:

  1. Return Period
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date (or delivery date for shipped items).
  • Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
  1. Condition of Parts
  • Identification Marks: All parts are marked with a unique identifier or "painter’s mark" before sale. Returns will only be accepted if our original markings are visible and intact.
  • Original Condition: Parts must be returned in the same condition as they were sold. We cannot accept parts that have been disassembled, modified, painted, or damaged during an attempted installation.
  1. Electrical Parts
  • No Returns on Electrical Parts: Due to the sensitive nature of automotive electrical systems, items such as ECUs, sensors, wiring harnesses, and switches are sold AS-IS and are non-returnable. Please ensure your diagnosis is correct before purchasing.
  1. Restocking Fees
  • 20% restocking fee applies to all returns that are not the result of a defective part or a shipping error on our part.
  • This fee covers the cost of labor for testing, cleaning, and re-listing the item.
  1. Shipping and Handling
  • Original Shipping: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the part is proven to be defective or the incorrect part was sent.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  1. Warranty & Liability
  • Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the part only.
  • We are not responsible for any labor costs, towing charges, car rental fees, or any other incidental damages resulting from the installation or failure of a used part.
  1. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Triangleauto@tarnc.com  / (919) 321-8985 with your receipt or order number. Once the part is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
