Shipping
- Orders ship from our yard at 4502 Denfield St, Durham, NC 27704.
- Most orders ship within 1 to 3 days.
- Delivery takes 3 to 7 days. Most U.S. areas receive their order within 5 days.
- Expedited shipping is not available.
- Large or heavy parts ship by freight. Freight must go to a business with a dock or forklift access; otherwise liftgate or residential delivery fees may apply.
International orders
We do ship internationally, but you must contact us before you buy. We may or may not be able to ship to your country. For containers or pallets, see our export services.
Local pickup
You can pick up your order at the yard, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm.
Damaged on arrival
