Refund policy

Returns

You can return a part within 30 days.

  1. Contact us within the 30-day period: call (919) 321-8985, text (919) 390-1809, or email sales@tarnc.com.
  2. Get your return number (RMA, Return Material Authorization).
  3. Ship the part back to us at 4502 Denfield St, Durham, NC 27704.

For non-defective returns, the original shipping charge and the return shipping cost are not refunded.

Warranty

  • Most parts carry a 90-day warranty.
  • If a warrantied part fails within the warranty period, we will replace it with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser on the invoice.
  • No labor warranty is provided.

Fitment

Pictures and part numbers are for reference only. It is the customer's responsibility to check and verify fitment before buying. If you're not sure, call or text us with your VIN before you order.
